Website Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS applicable to website and graphic design and print services supplied by 21 Graphics.
These are the terms and conditions agreed between you (the “Client”, which includes any person, company, partnership, organisation or body) and us (21 Graphics) in relation to the provision of web site design and/or graphic design and/or photography and/or print and/or other design services and/or software (“Deliverables”). They apply in place of any earlier agreement or understanding between you and us and supersede prior correspondence. You signify or have signified your agreement to these terms and conditions by accepting our Brief including acceptance by e-mail. The Brief together with these terms and conditions together constitutes our agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment to us for the work to be undertaken under this agreement is due as follows:
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoiced amount before work on your project will commence. The final payment should be made within 7 days of the date on the final invoice.
Penalty clause for failure to pay within 7 days is as follows:
- 8-14 days from final invoice – additional 3% of overall balance as stated on initial invoice.
- 15-21 days from final invoice – additional 12% of overall balance as stated on initial invoice.
- 22+ days from final invoice – additional 35% of overall balance as stated on initial invoice.
Completed websites will not be made live until the final balance has been received.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*To start any website you will need a domain name. Domain names are your website identity/online address. Unfortunately domain names aren’t included on any of our website packages, but we are happy to assist you in the process.
*All website packages come with 1 FREE year hosting and email service. Thereafter that the annual cost to host with us will be £80. This includes hosting, emails and basic technical support.
*SSL certificate – Your visitors can access your site using the secure “https://” protocol in their browser so they know your site is reliable and their data will be safe.
